YOU ARE

You want to be part of a business that is chasing big goals. You are a key contributor to Trinity Power's success and growth, supporting the Trinity Power Sales & Project Management team. You like to be front-line, working directly with customers to provide support in all stages of projects, from quotation through coordination and execution. Your high attention to detail helps you thrive in fast-paced environments.

You will have a hands on role in receiving incoming client calls and assisting with their inquiries and procuring vendor information to develop quotations. You also play a key role in the execution and management of rental and sales order logistics, completion of documentation for all activities, and customer support.

 

YOU WILL

  • Support the sales and project management teams to ensure the efficient, timely and accurate production of quotations and project execution, including logistics and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to create the right solutions for our customers' needs.
  • Support customers throughout active projects, including problem solving, changes in requirements, and resolving project-related irregularities.
  • Create detailed quotations for customers and sales representatives, including procuring all vendor costing such as freight, materials, permits, and more.
  • Prepare and update POs for project purchasing activities when required, create goods receipts and respond to any related requests for information from accounting
  • Enter rental orders in the Trinity ERP system, and work to maintain the accuracy of project data in the Trinity ERP system at all times, as well as accurate paperwork.
  • Participate in ongoing efforts to update and maintain a detailed database of vendors and assist in sourcing and building relationships with vendors as required

 

YOU HAVE

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Advanced computer literacy and data entry skills are essential
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction and work independently
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) & CRM (Salesforce) software is an asset
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours
  • Technical background or experience is considered an asset
  • Must possess and maintain a Driver’s License, valid in BC
